”The way you approach and explain things is really appealing and you can probably guess that I enjoy your classes hence sticking around for this long. I find your classes to be fun as well. You also seemingly effortlessly create a friendly atmosphere, that is super cool. Practising yoga gives me a bit more self confidence, as well as helping me to accept my body more, which is very important to me. I'm learning (slowly) to appreciate my limits and focus on not reaching it all, but reaching the right way. I certainly see how this can take a lifetime to learn."
