2026 online class schedule

 

Full class members can take part in two regular live classes most weeks. These classes form a structured programme that begins at the start of each month:

Upper body strength & lower body stretch: Mondays 6–7pm BST / 7–8pm CEST (60 mins)
Lower body strength & upper body stretch: Wednesdays 6–7:15pm BST / 7–8:15pm CEST (75 mins)

Class dates

First class: Monday 5th January
Summer Strength Programme: Every Wednesday from 1st July—2nd September (10 live classes and 2 pre-recorded sessions)
Last class: Wednesday 16th December

Classes will not run on the following dates:

  • 6th April and 27th April

  • 18th–30th May

  • Mondays from 6th July–31st August (Summer Strength Programme)

  • 21st–31st December
