What do I know anyway?

I started practising yoga in 2002 when I still believed my body would only ever succeed in making me feel bad.

Fast-forward more than two decades, a lot of learning, and many mistakes; I teach yoga and movement to support your emotional wellbeing without wish-wash, and your physical health without fads.
