Strength isn’t built by trying to lift the heaviest weights, or chasing pain; it’s built by increasing confidence and capacity over time. These are skills anyone can develop, especially with the right support and structure.
This 10‑week programme offers a gentle but effective introduction to full-body strength training. With a focus on foundational movements — push-ups, bent-over rows, squats and deadlifts — you’ll build strength at your own pace (no gym or drill sergeant required).
Schedule
10 live + 2 pre-recorded classes:
Live classes: A 60-minute class will be live-streamed via Zoom every Wednesday at 6pm BST / 7pm CEST. Each class will include a guided workout, time for Q&A and personalised support.
Pre-recorded classes: One 30-minute session will be released in week 1 and another in week 6. These classes form the basis of your second weekly workout.
Can’t join live? Live class replays will be uploaded at the start of each week and you’ll have access to all class recordings for six months after the programme ends (until March 2026).

My classes offer a warm and welcoming online space (no “go hard or go home” attitudes here). Each week I’ll guide you through a progressive strength workout with a focus on how your effort feels, not how it looks.
You’ll also receive a downloadable workbook to help you track your progress without obsessing over numbers.

A resistance band
Some space near a wall, or closed door
To position yourself somewhere near a chair, desk, or arm of your sofa
A weight or set of weights (anything from a can of beans to a kettlebell)
