Summer Strength Programme
2nd July—3rd September
Over the next 10 weeks, we’ll build a strong foundation you can continue to develop over time. Strength is built through consistent training and gradually increasing the amount of weight as your capacity improves.
Workout 1: (Longer session)

Workout 2: (Shorter session)
Available from Friday 4th July. You’ll repeat this recorded session during weeks 1-5. A new recording will be released in week 6.
Replays
Live class replays will be uploaded at the start of each week and you’ll have access to all class recordings until March 2026.
